Moving In or Out?

  • Once you know your moving in / out date, give the Building Manager – Michael – a call (see contacts page). Ensure that you give advance notice, as steps must be taken by the Building Manager to ensure your smooth transition.

  • The Building Manager will cover a number of things in your call, including lift over-rides, lift protection obligations and other helpful information about moving objects through common property.
  • If you have any especially large furniture or fragile items, be sure to mention them to seek advice on the best way of manoeuvring them around safely.

  • Parking out front is metered Monday to Friday, but free on weekends. There is no dedicated loading bay on this premises.

Tips for New Residents

  • Internet – The Village has Fibre To The Building (FTTB) via TPG with speeds up to 1Gbps/100Mbps.

  • Have a pet? Contact the Strata Agent for an application form.

  • Read the FAQ, it contains information about The Village, such as Waste disposal and Recreation facilities.
  • Familiarise yourself with the by-laws. A copy is available here. If there is anything you don’t understand, please contact the Strata Agent for help.
  • The Bin Room is on B1, access via key fob.
  • Whatever you do, don’t put cardboard boxes in the Garbage Chute on each level!
  • Gym, Spa, Sauna and Common Room is on B5.

  • Anything else – such as by-laws, modification applications, paying the levy, concerns about other occupants, reach out to the Strata Agent.
